Gypsy was rescued from the Middlesex auction in CT. She arrived having recently suffering a bad case of laminitis and after x-rays was put in corrective shoes and pads since she had virtually no sole. She subsequently was diagnosed with inflamation and scarring her her rear suspensory ligaments and dropped fetlocks. Her lamitis continued to plaque her and after 19 months and a profound personality change, likely due to pain, after a vet consult we elected to humanely euthanize her. Came to BBFER August 2011- April 6, 2013.
